A meta-analytic review of framing effect: Risky, attribute and goal framing
Piñon and Gambara pool primary studies of framing effects published over a seven-year span to estimate how large the effect is for risky, attribute and goal framing. Effect sizes for risky-choice and goal framing were similar to each other and larger than for attribute framing. They also examine whether moderating variables such as participants' gender, study design and response mode changed the results, and discuss alternative explanations and implications.
