Weldon Long

Author and sales trainer whose The Power of Consistency (2013) teaches a daily written ritual on the premise that private declarations dictate future actions.
Who they are
Long is candid that he does not have research behind his methods. His private daily ritual of writing and reviewing goals fits some of the evidence better than his book can show: keeping identity claims private avoids the premature satisfaction found in 2009 studies, and recording progress helps according to a 2016 meta-analysis.
